
Our mission is to inspire a lifelong love for cooking, baking, and sharing meals together. Each class focuses on teaching essential kitchen skills — from measuring and mixing to understanding ingredients and kitchen safety — while encouraging creativity, confidence, and teamwork in the kitchen.
We believe that learning to cook is more than following a recipe; it’s about developing an appreciation for food, culture, and healthy eating. Whether you’re a young beginner cracking your first egg or an adult looking to refine your skills, Pamepeppe provides a fun and supportive environment where everyone can explore the joy of cooking and baking from scratch.

Starting in 2026, our hands-on cooking and baking classes are coming to Ladera Ranch and Rancho Mission Viejo! We offer fun, engaging classes for all ages—parent & toddler, kids, teens, adults, and families.
Classes run 60–90 minutes and include instruction, ingredients, and all kitchen equipment. Students learn essential cooking and baking skills and enjoy their creations at the end of class. It’s a fun way to build confidence, make great food, and meet new friends!








Our cooking series introduces students to the basics of cooking through fun, hands-on themes. Students will learn essential kitchen skills while preparing delicious recipes they’ll be excited to make again at home.

Our Little/Junior Pizzaioli series lets kids step into the role of a true pizzaiolo! Students make and stretch dough, create a no-cook sauce, prep toppings, bake their own pizzas, and enjoy every bite—plus take extra dough home to make pizza again.

Our Little/Junior Taqueros series brings taco night to life! Kids will make flour tortillas from scratch, prepare fillings, chop fresh veggies, shred cheese, and create tacos, quesadillas, and flautas. Once they taste homemade tortillas, they’ll never want store-bought again.

In our Pasta Makers series, students learn how easy and delicious homemade pasta can be. We’ll cook different pasta shapes and make sauces like homemade mac and cheese, salsa bolognese, amatriciana, classic tomato sauce, and more—all proving pasta night can be simple and fun.

Rise and shine! In our Breakfast Club series, kids whip up pancakes, French toast, crêpes, and waffles while measuring, mixing, cutting fruit, and making their own whipped cream. A fun and tasty way to start learning in the kitchen!

Our Passport Series takes students on a culinary adventure around the world! Chefs will explore foods from countries like the Philippines, Italy, Mexico, Japan, Brazil, and beyond—learning a bit about each culture while cooking and enjoying their delicious creations.
Our baking series introduce students to the basics of baking through fun, themed classes. Young bakers will learn essential skills like measuring, mixing, and baking while creating treats they’ll be proud to share.

The Baking Series introduces students to the fun and fundamentals of baking through hands-on classes. Chefs will make and bake cupcakes, cakes, pastries, brownies, breads, doughnuts, and more while learning essential baking skills they can use at home. It’s a sweet and confidence-building way to start baking in the kitchen!

The Royal Tea Time series invites students to step into a charming tea-party experience while learning classic baking and cooking skills. Chefs will prepare scones, finger sandwiches, sweet cakes, pastries, and biscuits—and gain the confidence to host their own delightful tea time for family and friends.

The Cookie Lab Series invites young chefs to roll up their sleeves and get a little messy! Students will learn the magic behind cookie making—like the creaming method and other must-know techniques—while baking cookies from around the world and beloved American classics. Sweet skills guaranteed for home baking fun!

The Mighty Muffin Makers series is all about mixing, baking, and discovering just how fun muffins can be! Students will learn a basic muffin recipe they can customize with tasty add-ins while practicing measuring, mixing dry and wet ingredients, pouring, baking, and—best of all—enjoying their delicious creations.

The Cutie Pie series celebrates the wonderful world of pies in all their delicious forms! From classic American pies to galettes, tarts, and even empanadas, students will explore sweet and savory fillings and learn different techniques like baking and frying. It’s a hands-on, tasty adventure proving that pies are truly amazing!
